Do you have a free plan?

Yes! We offer a free plan for up to 100 contacts and 800 monthly emails. The plan is not time-limited and you only have to upgrade if you need more contacts or emails.

Does Notocat offer a money-back guarantee?

We strive to offer a fair refund policy so just get in touch with us and let us know about your situation. You can read more about this in our refund policy.

Is there a maximum number of emails I can send per month?

Yes, the maximum number of emails you can send per month is 8x the maximum number of contacts on your current plan (unless on trial). For example, if you are subscribed to the 10,000 contacts plan, you can send a maximum of 80,000 emails per month. If you need to send more emails, feel free to get in touch as we are happy to accomodate your needs.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to start the free trial?

No! You can start the free trial without entering your credit card details. You will need to enter your card details when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.

Do you offer discounts?

We can offer small discounts for charities or fresh startups, although in general we do not offer them since email can get a bit expensive on our end as well. Get in touch and tell us about your business.

Do you offer custom plans?

Get in touch and tell us what are your requirements and what kind of pricing would work best for you.

Can we upgrade or downgrade a plan later on?

You can always manage your subscription from your account settings page. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, but if number of contacts exceeds the limit of your current plan, you will not be able to send emails until you upgrade to a higher plan.

Can we cancel our plan after we subscribe?

Yes, you can manage your plan from the account settings page and cancel at any time, no need to contact anyone for that.
